Crossfit Day 0 - It kicked my ass.

Crossfit I went to Crossfit today for my free introduction and it kicked my ass. The personal trainer Chris spent the first 15 minutes explaining the history of Crossfit, how it started and then gave us a preliminary workout, which I couldn’t even finish.

Anyway this is what the first work was like:

  1. Stretching, and warm up
  2. A timed run around the block carrying a 20lb ball
  3. Do as many push ups as you can
  4. Do as many pull ups as you can
  5. Do as many triceps dips as you can
  6. Do as many sit ups as you can
  7. Do as many squats as you can

I never made it to the squats. By the time I finished the sit ups I was on the border between throwing up and passing out. HA! Hopefully tomorrow goes a little better.
