What is a benz0? It is a Crossfit work out I created that I can do downstairs in the gym. It is fairly intense. A 1000M row followed by 200 squats, 150 sit ups, 100 push ups finished up with a 1000M row. I first attempted this work out on my Monday long weekend detox, pulling in about 35 minutes. Tonight I blew that time away with a 27 minute benz0.
I’m not sure what was different, diet perhaps. I’ve been trying to eat pretty healthy. The other part was that I’ve been feeling so down lately with a bunch of personal issues that I wanted to burn them away in the work out. Let me tell you I did. I practically fell off the machine on the last 1000M row.
- 1000M row: 3:54
- Set 1: (15 sit ups, 10 push ups, 20 squats): 1:43
- Set 2: 3:05
- Set 3: 4:31
- Set 4: 6:21
- Set 5: 8:03
- Set 6: 9:37
- Set 7: 11:29
- Set 8: 13:26
- Set 9: 15:39
- Set 10: 17:23 (done!) - 100 push ups, 150 sit ups, 200 squats
- 1000M row: 23:06 (5:43)
- Total: 27 minutes!
Whew. I’m going to have a very hard time beating or even meeting that score. If anybody else ever attempts a benz0 post your time in the comments.
