Malcolm Gladwell: What We Can Learn From Spaghetti Sauce

From the author of Blink!, Malcolm Gladwell gives a great monologue on the lessons learned from Howard Moskowitz’s research into spaghetti sauce. Long story short, there is no perfect solution. Trying to come out with something that is good for everybody isn’t not great for anybody.

Focus on different groups of people and make something they want. This is a really great talk from TED 2004.
