Crossfit Vancouver Workout 2008-09-30 Fran

This is Fran, the grandmother of all Crossfit killer workouts:

Zone food log, Oct 30 2008

Crossfit Vancouver Workout 2008-09-29: Nancy

Tonight’s workout is called Nancy is she’s a nasty one! Five rounds of: 

95lb overhead squat
400m run

Here’s what it looks like.

My time was 16:10. The overhead squats were pretty good but my 400m run definitely needs a lot of work.
