I spent a couple of hours on Sunday preparing food for a Zone favorable week. Here are the results of day one.
Breakfast: Ham, egg, cheese omelet. With bell peppers and red onions sauteed in olive oil. I use aged cheddar and it tastes so good with the ham. I weighed out the portions so I could make breakfast and lunch at the same time. On the side is a helping of salsa for carbs.
Lunch and snacks all packed up and ready to go. In the ziplock bag is a whole day’s worth of fat from nuts.
Apple w/ lunch. Lunch was more omelet. Looked exactly like breakfast.
A nice carb, protein, fat shake thanks to Darth Erkel.
Dinner. Half a turkey wrap and a quarter piece of chicken.
Around 9:00pm another protein shake. Make with coconut milk, 2% milk and whey protein.
