Okay after talking to Boris @ boot up labs last week I realized that I’ve been killing my poor readers with my food log. It even drove poor Boris away. I created a new Blog: mmmyummy.wordpress.com for all of my food logging.
It’ll be there for now. This site will go back to being mostly geeky. :)

Thursday’s Crossfit Workout: Brutus. I set a pretty good time I thought, 35:47. This is a brutal work out:
Weight: 40% of body weight (170 * .4) = 68 (I used 70lbs)
1 hang snatch, 1 overhead squat, 1 ring drip
Then do 2,2,2, 3,3,3 … all the way up to 10

After crossfit snack: Giant tub of protein powder… thanks Rob! :)
Dinner: Steak and Onions. Skipped the fruit/carb because the protein shake above had a lot of carbs in it.
