Nice relaxed day of Crossfit today. It was great to set two new personal bests:
I increased my front squat max from 190lbs to 215lbs.
I increased my consecutive pull ups to 32. This is what a pull up at Crossfit looks like:

400m run

My time was 16:10. The overhead squats were pretty good but my 400m run definitely needs a lot of work.

Third time is the charm the saying goes right? Well the first and second attempt at figuring out how much I need to eat had a few errors in the calculations. Mostly because I didn’t quite understand how to calculate Zone blocks.
