Breakfast: Protein Shake with Coconut milk
I just started making my protein shakes this way:
Banana
1 scoop of protein powder
1/2 can of coconut milk
ice cubes
Lunch
Beef brisket with wonton noodles. Mom was cooking noodles. Dad made the best beef brisket ever. He trims the fat off and the flavor…drool!
